Hello! I would like to introduce myself, my name is Holly Dickens. I have been in the
vacation rental profession for over seven years. Through my experience and learning
from similar companies I have found that there are certain qualities missing in this
growing industry. I am proud to represent the new company I manage, D&D Property
Management. D&D is family owned and operated locally here in beautiful Port Aransas.
We are excited with this new venture in which we are able to provide premium service to
all of our owners and our guests. Our goal with our company is to provide the missing
link in Vacation Property Management; the highest of standards in housekeeping,
maintenance, and superior customer service.
We will constantly continue to gain knowledge and implement new ways to provide the
best service to our clients. Honesty, integrity, and hard work are what we base our
principals on. We promise to take care of your home as if it were one of our own
investment properties. We are a one-stop-shop providing everything you need to
maintain the perfect vacation rental. You will no longer have to worry about the
condition of your home or if it is being given the proper care and special attention
required, keeping it at its highest standards.
We market your property in numerous ways utilizing the Internet, local newspaper, and
the Chamber of Commerce. Making sure your property maintains a high rental volume
by customers who will be satisfied with their stay and return year after year.
